Pairs 2-1 Personal Training

Get all the benefits of personalized 1-1 training, but with a friend or partner. You’ll enjoy the same expert guidance, nutrition plans, and progress tracking, but with the added benefit of accountability, motivation, and having fun together.

 

Plus, couples sessions are more affordable than individual training, making it a great option for sharing the experience without breaking the bank. Work out together, push each other to new limits, and celebrate your progress as a team.

If you choose pay-as-you-go sessions, you’ll still receive a high-quality training session in my private studio — but ongoing coaching features are not included.
