


I am a personal trainer with a varied background both military and the Police. I joined the Royal Marines at the age of 16, successfully completing the basic training, which is considered the longest and most difficult in the world, which I earned the coveted Green Beret and became a Commando. This gave me a good foundation with discipline, resilience, and determination that continues to drive my life moving forward. I served 8 years including front line experience in Iraq and Afghanistan. I then moved on to the private security sector, focusing on anti-piracy operations in Africa and Asia for 4 years. These experiences gained in these roles translated into my role as a police officer seamlessly.


I served 8 years serving the community as a police officer with Dorset Police. Predominantly on front line response within the busiest locations in Dorset. During my service, I volunteered to tutor student officers, sharing my knowledge and expertise learn't from not only the Police but past military experience.
My career took an unexpected turn when I experienced PTSD as a result of my service. This difficult chapter in my life has fueled my commitment to mental health and well-being, and I am passionate about helping others navigate their own challenges.




Combining my military background, private security sector experience, and law enforcement service, I bring a wealth of real-world knowledge and practical insights to my personal training approach. I understand the importance of both physical and mental well-being in high-pressure situations, and I strive to create a supportive environment for all my clients.
